Skillix connects supported systems around industrial work, provides file-based handoffs for selected finance workflows, and labels planned connectors explicitly. Their signals and reviewed files become readiness, logistics, asset, payroll, customer, workflow, and audit decisions your team can control.
The point is not another dashboard. The point is controlled intake: which provider sent the signal, what record it affects, who owns the next action, and what proof remains when the job is reviewed.
Skillix is not trying to replace every provider already in your business. It gives those systems a place to land, a record to update, and a workflow owner who can act before the gap becomes expensive.
Supported telemetry, communications, recruitment, public-data, cloud and AI signals—and reviewed finance files—can be attached to the records they affect. Planned connectors are labelled separately.
Skillix can turn provider events into fit-for-purpose checks, fit-for-duty checks, expiry warnings, site-access decisions, asset exceptions, and workflow actions.
A missed prestart, failed message, expiring medical, changed flight, rejected payroll item, or lead enquiry can move into accountable follow-up instead of another inbox thread.
The value is not only connection. It is proof of source, timestamp, decision, owner, evidence, communication, workflow state, and final outcome.
Skillix integrations are most valuable when they remove a manual handoff: a fleet event becomes an asset exception, a message becomes traceable follow-up, a job-board applicant becomes onboarding, and field proof becomes finance-ready context.
Use vehicle telemetry and IVMS signals to support asset context, site movement, maintenance exceptions, driver behaviour, and workflow follow-up.
CommsBring your preferred SMS provider into SkillixUse Skillix as the operating record while routing reminders, evidence requests, roster updates, and exception follow-up through the SMS provider that fits your business.
RecruitmentMove job-board activity into operational hiringConnect SEEK, Indeed, candidate flow, resume parsing, scoring, offers, onboarding, and employee profile creation instead of leaving recruitment as a separate handover.
FinancePrepare payroll and accounting handoffs with field proofKeep payroll records, available exports, approvals, timesheets, allowances, and audit history connected to what actually happened in the field while provider connectors remain planned.
Skillix can sit beside the systems already running in the field, then become the operating platform that ties their signals, records, exceptions, and follow-up work together.
